If I sign with a licensed holiday homes operator, do I need my own license as an owner?
No – that's one of the main advantages of working with a licensed operator.
Operator License Coverage
When you work with Totality holiday homes, we hold the operator license. We register your apartment or villa in the DET portal, obtain the unit permit and handle ongoing compliance and monthly Tourism Dirham reporting.
Your Role as Owner
Your role is mainly to provide ownership documents, sign the management agreement, and approve big decisions (pricing strategy, major maintenance, etc.). You only need your own license if you want to operate directly, under your own name, without a professional operator.
