The Totality Turnkey: Buy → Setup → Operate solution is an end-to-end service for investors who want to go from "I like the idea of Dubai holiday homes" to "this unit is furnished, licensed, listed, and producing income" without managing all the moving parts themselves.
Our management fees are 20% for Totality Core, 18% for Totality Plus, and 15% for Totality Elite (for 3+ properties), all calculated on gross booking revenue.
