What's Included

Your management fee covers all core services: listing and platform management, guest communication, professional cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, owner reporting and 24/7 support.

Transparent Extras

Some costs are naturally pass-through: for example, repairs, consumables or deep-cleaning beyond standard turnovers. When those come up, we share quotes transparently, agree on a budget, and then document everything in your owner portal. There is no quiet mark-up on third-party invoices. In short, the model is: clear percentage management fee, clear owner-approved extras when truly needed, and no surprise "miscellaneous" line items at the end of the month.
