Do you manage all types of holiday homes and locations in Dubai?
We focus on investment-grade properties in areas with strong short term rental fundamentals – for example, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina and other established or high-potential districts.
Property Types
Within those zones, we manage apartments, selected townhouses and certain villas, as long as they align with DET rules and our standards for guest experience.
Honest Assessment
If a property is unlikely to perform well, we prefer to be candid about that. In those situations, we may suggest a different strategy (long-term rental, resale, or acquisition of a more suitable unit) rather than promising results that the market simply will not support.
