How do I choose between Core, Plus and Elite?
A simple way to look at it is this:
Tier Recommendations
Totality Core works best if you have one property, want things handled properly, and mainly care about hassle-free income. Totality Plus makes more sense if you're an investor who checks numbers, compares returns, and wants to know, "Am I outperforming the Dubai short term rental market or not?" Totality Elite is for 3+ properties or for investors planning to build a portfolio over time and who value strategy, acquisition support and portfolio-level decisions.
Decision Process
If you're unsure, we usually start with your investment goals (income, lifestyle use, future resale) and then match the tier to that – not the other way around.
