What documents do I need to provide as the owner?
We require standard documentation to register your property with DET.
Required Documents
Title deed or Sales & Purchase Agreement, Passport / Emirates ID of the owner, A recent DEWA bill (to confirm utilities and address). If the owner is a company: trade license and authorised signatory ID. If a tenant is involved: Ejari tenancy contract and owner NOC.
Process
Most of this is standard KYC and property verification – once it's done, renewals are usually simpler.
