How and when do I get paid, and what kind of reporting will I see?
Your rental income is typically paid monthly, usually within a few business days after the end of the month.
Reporting Structure
All bookings, revenues, fees and operating expenses are visible in your owner portal, together with monthly financial reporting (P&L style breakdowns).
Enhanced Reporting
On Totality Plus and Elite, we add more structure: benchmarking via Totality Yield Index™, quarterly performance calls, and, at Elite level, a more formal portfolio review, looking across all units rather than one property in isolation. This way, you are not just seeing numbers; you are seeing patterns, decisions and opportunities.
